You a...Heidi, I am so sorry you went through this. You are not alone! I went through a similar situation. I started spotting in my 9th week and cramping. I went to the ER on a Friday night and they said it was just my placenta had torn. They told me to take it easy and then go see my OB on Monday. I took it easy that weekend and by Sunday I was still bleeding a little and cramping. I got hungry at about 1pm that Sunday and asked my husband to go get me something to eat from Subway. Right after he left I had to go to the bathroom but I felt a wet sensation on my backside. It was blood. A lot of blood! I called him bawling! He hurried home and rushed me to the ER where I lost even more blood.

It is an emotional thing to go through. It took me more time to recover mentally than physically. At the end of this month I should be finding out what the gender of my baby would be but instead I am working on healing the broken heart and wondering if I should try again.

I went in for a post-miscarriage check up and they found 3 large cysts in my left ovary. I still haven't started my period but pregnancy tests are negative. I go back in on March 13th to see if the cysts have taken care of themselves.

Be strong and remember that there is a purpose for everything. That is a tough pill to swallow but we are STRONG!!! The hopes and dreams and excitement and then the disappointment, grief and sadness are nothing to minimize. I really am sorry and I hope you can receive some level of comfort. It's OK and even good to grieve. It's not silly. Annalynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06751731497501210191noreply@blogger.com
